Our company is the only shareholder holding 100% shares in each company offered for sale.

Companies offered for sale have KRS [National Court Register], NIP [tax identification number], REGON numbers as well as a set of other documents. The companies established in the S24 procedure, the companies with the articles of association in the form of the notary deed as well as foreign companies which have not run any economic activity, do not have any assets, employees or commercial liabilities. No such company has ever used any subsidies, loans, credits, or any other source of funding. Each company offered by us, including companies with so called history of the operation has a full documentation available in the office of SPOLKI24.com in the very center of Warsaw, at ul. Żurawia 47. Each company has its accounting maintained in the ongoing manner.

Within the scope of purchasing the company in our Company, each buyer of shares obtains comprehensive legal services related to the acquisition of shares.

Legal services at each transaction of the purchase of shares cover:

• the organization of the shares sale contract conclusion in the notary office (we prepare a set of required documentation),
• the organization of the meeting of shareholders, within the scope of which the change in the composition of the management board of the company is conducted,
• the notification of the registry court about changes with regard to the composition of shareholders and the composition of a new management board (we prepare a set of documents and notify the registry court),
• the notification of the tax office about changes.

Upon the request of new shareholders, we offer assistance with regard to introducing other changes in the registry court and offices.
